Each offering is a sponsor-led 506(c) SPV with a complete data room. The participation flow is handled in-app:

1. Browse offerings

   Review live offerings, structures, terms, and data rooms in the marketplace.

2. Verify identity & accreditation

   Complete KYC and accreditation. Eligibility is checked against each deal’s compliance rules before you can subscribe.

3. Subscribe & e-sign

   Commit to a subscription and execute the offering documents electronically.

4. Fund

   Fund your commitment. Settlement is coordinated and recorded.

5. Hold & track

   Your position is issued and visible in your portfolio, with servicing and reporting through the lifecycle.
