No. Strata’s financing structures are non-dilutive and transfer no operational control. You access liquidity while retaining ownership and long-term upside. See Financing Structures.
srUSD is collateralized by tokenized silver reserves and other approved collateral, over-collateralized at conservative ratios, and redeemable 1:1 for USDC on-chain. See the srUSD Monetary System.
No. srUSD is redeemable for USDC only, not for the underlying collateral. srSILVER provides direct commodity exposure and is redeemable for USDC at spot silver value.

Through an autonomous, permissionless redemption floor (~$0.997) created by the USDC Redemption Pool, plus over-collateralization. It is a collateralized mechanism, not trust-and-intervention. See Collateral & Peg.
Tokenized offerings are structured as Reg D 506(c) SPVs for accredited / institutional investors, subject to KYC and accreditation verification. See For Investors.
Strata is a hybrid system: legal ownership, identity, and documents are off-chain, while srUSD, liquidity, and settlement are on-chain. See the On-chain / Off-chain Boundary.
By a Risk Committee with a phased path toward decentralization, with autonomous agents operating under policy ceilings. See Governance.
